Summer Taxes Due – Pay in Person September 16, 2024

2024 Summer Property Taxes are payable without interest and/or penalty until 5:00 pm on Monday, September 16, 2024.

Taxes may be paid in person from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Eagle Township Hall, 14318 Michigan Ave., Eagle, MI
48822, on Monday, September 16, 2024.

There is also a drop box available at the Eagle Township Hall for your convenience.

The last day to pay without penalty is Monday September 16, 2024.  State law requires 1% interest applied to unpaid balances September 17 – 30, 2024. Effective October 1, 2024, an additional 1% interest will be applied per month or portion of a month. The last day to pay without penalty is February 14, 2025.   On February 15, 2025, a 3% penalty will be assessed. Effective March 1, 2025, all unpaid property taxes must be paid to Clinton County with late fees applied.
