Notice of Public Hearing March 31, 2026 @ 7 pm

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, that a public hearing will be held by the Eagle Township Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Please note that the meeting date has been amended to the date above following an incorrect notice that was previously mailed.

The purpose of the public hearing is to hear and consider a Rezoning application to convert an existing 75.54 acres of Agricultural property located along South Clintonia Road, Parcel #070-007-300-005-00, into the Mineral Resource Extraction (MR) District.

The meeting will be held at Eagle Township Hall, 14318 Michigan St., Eagle, MI 48822.
