The Eagle Township Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 6:30 pm., at the Eagle Township Hall, located at 14318 Michigan St, Eagle, Michigan 48822. The purpose of the public meeting is to discuss joining other municipalities in challenging the Michigan Public Service Commission’s (MPSC) interpretation of authority granted by Public Act 233 of 2023 (PA 233), winter tax newsletter, update on Clinton County Administrative Policy Board (911 Board) meeting, and any and all other business that may properly come before the Board.
